One thing that this recession thought us is that saving money is vital but in addition to saving money having a “cash cushion” to get through the tough times. What this recession showed us that many businesses big and small didn’t have that cash cushion. You had companies like GM go bankrupt and other firms like Lehman Brothers being liquidated after being unable to secure addition cash resources.
During the recession companies big and small fired and laid off employees. Business also looked for new ways to save money. One of the ways smaller business saved money was buy utilizing Office Depot Coupons which allowed them to save money on essential office supplies. While save 10% may not seen like it’s a lot, business tend to spend thousands or tens of thousands on office supplies and having the ability to save 10% in the end may be able to save a position in the company.
On the other side, companies like Office Depot offer coupons to increase their revenue and profits, gain market share and get ride of slow moving products. Saving money for business in the end may save jobs and keep the Office Depot from going down the GM route.

Apple the market share leader in the tablet market needs to continue its momentum against lower priced android models. Apple which sold 40 million ipad last year needs to have the new iPad sell well since it accounts with the iPhone for 85% of its profits.
What to Expect in the New iPad 3
From the rumors that are coming out, the design of the iPad is not changing, the iPad may have a quad core processor, hopefully a better battery and a better display. It is also speculated that Apple may include 4G LTE chipset in the iPad 3. 4G wireless network is 10 times faster then the current 3G. As a owner of the iPad 2 with 3G I can tell you that I never used the 3G network on my iPad. I mostly use in it in the house where I have wifi connect. It will be interesting to see if people purchase the iPad with the 4G chipset, as most of Apple’s iPads today are wifi.
Surprises.
- With Apple you never know, some of the surprises to be on the lookout for are
- Apple High Defination TV
- 7 inch iPad
- News about iPhone 5

You don’t have to be a hedge fund manager to make money in the stock market, one sector that is extremely lucrative is the Penny Stock sector of the stock market. Penny stocks are stocks that are usually priced under $1.00. Because of the small price they have a tendency to be very volatile. In the stock market volatility can equal huge profits. There are many different ways to trade Penny Stocks, which every way you feel the most comfortable and knowledgeable that is the route I would take to trade penny stocks. Before you put your actual money into penny stocks I would try your trading strategies on paper. Write down what you would buy, when you would buy it and then when you would sell it, track your profits/loss and see how you do. If your paper trading is profitable the go ahead and put your money into a broker and start trading. If your strategy is not profitable then it’s time to go back and refine your trading strategy.
